18m heated indoor swimming pool
Lay back and enjoy the spectacular views of the Cambewarra Range escarpment from our indoor heated pool all year round. At one depth for the entire length, it is perfect for swimming laps, walking it out if you’re not feeling quite so energetic or taking that aqua aerobics class run by a local instructor. Or you can sit back and watch the grandkids take a dip – all the while not having to worry about scooping the leaves or checking the filter.
Fully equipped gymnasium
A fully equipped gymnasium is available for your personal use. You can choose to work out at your leisure – attend a private session with your own personal trainer, coordinate your own workout or join a group fitness class. With all the latest equipment, you can say goodbye to your gym membership fees.
55 seat cinema with surround sound speakers
Picture yourself with a handful of your neighbour’s watching the latest release movies on the big screen in your own private cinema – you'll feel like a celebrity! You may opt to attend the regular movie screening arranged by The Arbour Cinema Club, catch your favourite sporting event live or perhaps book the cinema for a private screening of your latest family holiday snaps. The ‘state of the art’ technology gives the feeling of actually being at the movies, without the expensive ticket cost.
Grab yourself a partner and challenge someone to a few games at your leisure, the billiards table is a great form of entertainment for all Residents to enjoy. Conveniently located close to the bar area, it provides a great social space for friendly rivalry.

Cosy up on the lounge in front of the roaring fireplace and read the latest thriller or take it home to read before bed. No more public libraries or late fees to worry about! There is also a ‘Grandchildrens library’ with books, games, puzzles and DVD’s for when the Grandkids come to stay during school holidays! Join the monthly ‘Bookchat’ in the lounge to share your latest read with other Residents.
LOUNGE and dining area
Showcasing exposed recycled timber beams set into a soaring roofline, complimented with a drystone feature fireplace, this main space is simply beautiful. Make yourself a cappuccino or grab a glass of wine as you snuggle up on the lounge and enjoy the ambience. This space doubles as a function area and is used for fortnightly morning teas, Arbour Bridge Club, Art & Craft groups and other activities.
kitchen and bar
The Enclave plays home to a brand new beautifully appointed bar. Have your next family gathering professionally catered for in caterer’s style kitchen while you and your guests enjoy the warmth of the dining area. A Resident Committee operated Bar hosts “Friday Happy Hour” where you can enjoy a beer or wine with your neighbours and catch up on upcoming activities or events.
The Enclave wraps around a sundrenched sandstone courtyard, providing residents the chance to relax, perhaps enjoy an alfresco barbecue with friends or read the paper with your morning cuppa. True to the Village’s name sake, an arbour draped in cascading ornamental grape vine takes pride of place in the courtyard, complemented by a unique egg shaped water feature symbolic of new beginnings – ah the serenity.....
